NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not improve your chance of winning. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Employees of One World Technologies, Inc., ("Sponsor") and The Home Depot U.S.A., Inc., and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Sweepstakes entry period starts at 12:01 a.m. EDT, Friday, August 1, 2014, and ends at midnight EDT on Sunday, August 31, 2014. Sweepstakes drawings will occur on or about each Friday for the duration of the contest beginning Friday, August 8, 2014.

To be eligible for a Sweepstakes drawing(s), entries must be submitted before midnight EDT on the respective Thursday prior to the Friday Sweepstakes drawing(s). All entries must be received during the contest period to be eligible to win the Sweepstakes. Upon submission, entries shall become the exclusive property of Sponsor. Sponsor reserve the right to use your entry and any comments or images submitted in future marketing campaigns. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received prior to the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. To enter, you must have a valid Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter account and you can enter by using any one of the individual accounts to post a photo. If you enter using an Instagram or Twitter account your user profile must be public. To submit an official entry, you must (a) share a jobsite photo, project photo, woodworking photo, or similar photo via an authorized social media channel (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter) and (b) use the following hashtag: #TeamRIDGID. Winners will be selected by the Sponsors in their sole discretion. The criteria used to select winners will include but not be limited to social sharing, number of "likes" or "favorites," overall popularity, demonstrated craftsmanship in the photo, etc. Entrants are only eligible to enter the Sweepstakes one time, but a single entry will remain valid for the entire Sweepstakes period. Once the Sweepstakes begins, each Sweepstakes "week" will begin on Friday for entry purposes.

A total of four (4) winners will be selected during the course of the Sweepstakes. One (1) winner will be selected on each Friday during the Sweepstakes beginning Friday, August 8, 2014. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to announce the winners during or near the week following each Sweepstakes drawing. Each winner will receive a RIDGID 18V Compact Drill/Driver and Impact Driver combo kit (Product #R9601) with an approximate retail value of ($199), or a substitution of equal or greater value as determined solely by Sponsors. A Grand Prize winner will be selected from all entries received on Tuesday, September 2, 2014. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to announce the Grand Prize winner during or near the week following the Sweepstakes drawing. The winner(s) will be required to provide full name and street address, sign an affidavit of eligibility, a release and a Publicity Release, where permitted. Winner(s) is not entitled to exchange, transfer the prize or obtain a cash substitute. Prize includes shipping and handling. All applicable taxes, including all federal, state, local and other taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). If any winner cannot be contacted within three (3) business days of first notification attempt, by phone or email, if any winner rejects his/her prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these Sweepstakes rules and requirements, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Limit one prize per person or household. Sponsor is located at 1428 Pearman Dairy Road, Anderson, SC 29625. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes at anytime in its sole discretion.

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by Sweepstakes rules and by decisions of judges, which are final as to all Sweepstakes‐related matters. In addition, by participating in this Sweepstakes and accepting any prize that may be won, entrants agree to release the Sponsor, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies, retailers and prize suppliers, and the officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees of each (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Entrants also authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data and city and state of residence in programming or promotional material or on a winner’s list (if applicable) without further compensation unless prohibited by law. These official rules and the interpretation of its terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in or closest to the County of New York in the State of New York. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.

Sponsor is not responsible for failed, partial or garbled electronic transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to electronic malfunction or damage of any network, hardware or software. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsor shall not be liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e‐mail or electronic entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web‐site. In the event of a dispute over an electronic entry, prize will be awarded to the owner of the Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook account, not the name provided in the affidavit of eligibility.
